THE CLEAR TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY
The Clear Detox Center philosophy is based on four core values – to offer hope, help others, make the world a healthier place, and create a lasting impact. Our program emphasizes a reasoned, democratic, educational focus on the impact of self-defeating and self-destructive behaviors. In particular, we focus on the client’s experience of conflict within interpersonal relationships and the client’s personal experience of distress and anxiety from within. Furthermore, that we consistently treat each client with the dignity and respect that we wish to be treated.
Drug Rehabilitation Program
Clear’s alcohol and drug rehabilitation program is designed to help clients identify, examine and treat any Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Our alcohol and drug rehab program is also designed to identify, examine and handle secondary problems, such as ineffectual beliefs, negative self-perceptions, and self-destructive patterns of behavior. As well as develop healthy alternatives that bring purpose and meaning to life.
Treatment Planning
A treatment plan is a face-to-face collaboration between a patient and his or her counselor. Planning establishes client-specific goals and a continuum of recovery that improves health, wellness, and recovery outcomes.
Basic Treatment Goals
- Stop using drugs and alcohol
- Stay drug and alcohol free
- Be productive in the family, at work, and in society
Concepts
Substance Use Disorders (SUD’s) and pain are inextricably linked. Physical pain from a bad car accident may instigate a pain pill addiction. Emotional pain from the loss of a loved one may initiate a drinking problem. Regardless if it’s physical or emotional pain, the result is all too often the same – ADDICTION.
Requirements
Given the extensive level of behavioral expectations and limits placed upon our clients, they must have, at minimum, a modest amount of motivation to establish abstinence. Clients must also be willing to accept the structural requirements of our program, which includes urine screenings, on-time attendance to all – individual sessions, group therapy sessions, and educational seminars, as well as agreement to a full-disclosure to both their physician and emergency contact in the event of a relapse, serious violation of program rules or self-destructive behavior (purging, cutting, head banging, burning).
